1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the website of Jay's Pro Finish Painters and contracting our professional services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Jay's Pro Finish Painters regarding your use of our services in the State of New Jersey.

2. Service Estimates

All estimates are based on a visual inspection. Should unforeseen issues arise (such as hidden wood rot or structural damage), we will provide a supplemental estimate before proceeding.

Proposals are valid for exactly 30 days. After this period, material costs and labor rates may be subject to adjustment based on market conditions.

3. Quality Standards

We commit to using premium grade paints and materials as specified in your contract. Our team follows industry-standard preparation protocols, including power washing, scraping, and priming where necessary.

Color matching is performed to the highest possible accuracy; however, slight variations may occur due to lighting and surface texture.

4. Payments & Deposits

• Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your spot on our production calendar.

• Final Payment: The remaining balance is due in full upon the walkthrough and completion of the project.

5. Insurance & Warranty

Jay's Pro Finish Painters maintains full General Liability and Workers' Compensation insurance for your protection.

Our "Pro-Finish Warranty" covers peeling or blistering due to faulty workmanship for a period of 24 months. This warranty is void if damage is caused by fire, storms, or structural defects.

6. Governing Law

Any disputes arising from our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
